Some more photos of Great Shearwater from last nights Pelagic on which we saw 5 Great Shearwaters 3 Sooty Shearwaters 3 Bonxies and we also tagged 4 Blue Sharks .
Great Shearwaters have a wing span 100-118cm (3.8ft) they visit the North atlantic during the southern winter. They only have 3 main breeding sites which are nightingale island -Tristan Da Cunha group and Gough island. Hope this helps. Joe.
