Yesterday morning I did a trip to the Eastern Isles were I found this Purple Sandpiper which Is a winter visitor to are shores there has only been a couple of records of Purple Sandpipers here in the Summer maybe it thinks its winter ??. After work we had a quick walk were we saw 2 Juvenile Cuckoos being
fed by Rock Pipits.
super pictures Joe..Like the sandpipers there are times I think it's winter too!!Good to see the cuckoos are thriving on 'Scilly'(unfortunately at another birds expense)but thats nature I guess...
