This Rare Sponge Crab was Caught by local fishermen Barry Bennet & Neil Jenkins yesterday they contacted me to try and identify I had a quick look through some books and found it to be a Sponge Crab from the West coast of Africa and the Mediterranean and there has only been about 3 previous records in the uk.
what a strange looking creature well done on the identification!! i wonder if its edible !!
